AutoMate Technologies model AM-DA On-Line Inspection Center. Stainless-steel industrial automated vision inspection / defect detection system equipped with a SICK TriSpector 1000 3D vision height-map sensor (V3T12S-MR32A8) and Allen-Bradley PanelView C400 HMI. Existing HMI screens show Cap Camera Passes/Fails, Fill Sensor Passes/Fails and Overall Passes/Fails, indicating prior use for container/product inspection. System is intended for automated pass/fail quality inspection and defect detection; suitability for a new application depends on programming, calibration, tooling and integration.
